I signed my contract at Riviera but plans have changed; can I cancel my contract?

You are always responsible for the payments and full term of the contract you signed. However, we are aware that plans change unexpectedly at times. In this case, there are two ways to release your responsibility for the full term of the contract:

1) You may cancel your contract by notifying the leasing office of this intent in writing or email. This must be dated and turned in no later than 90 days before the start of the contract. There is a $50 cancellation fee for the inconvenience of occupying a spot that must be filled again.

2) If it is past the 90-day cutoff, you will be required to sell your contract by finding a resident to fill the vacancy.
